OUR RE-ROOFING PROCESS
1. SITE INSPECTION
We inspect the existing roof, discuss any known issues and assess the roof profile, pitch, access and overall condition.
2. DETAILED QUOTATION
We'll provide a clear quotation outlining the proposed roofing works and the roofing profile specified for the project.
3. MATERIAL SELECTION
We'll confirm your COLORBOND® steel colour, roofing profile and the major associated roofing components required for the project.
4. EXISTING ROOF REMOVAL
The existing roofing and relevant flashings and cappings are carefully removed to expose the underlying roof structure.
5. ROOF INSPECTION
Once the existing sheets have been removed, previously concealed areas of the roof structure can be inspected. If unforeseen deterioration or additional work is identified, we'll discuss it with you before undertaking additional chargeable work.
6. NEW ROOF INSTALLATION
The new roofing system, flashings, cappings and specified associated components are professionally installed.
7. FINAL INSPECTION & CLEAN-UP
Once installation is complete, the roof is inspected and the work area is cleaned, with roofing waste associated with our scope removed from site.
